Duration - 6 – 12 Months (Possible Extension)

Job Description –

Mandiatory Technical skills - RightNow(Oracle Service Cloud),PHP,.NET,Java script

Desirable Technical Skills - RightNow(Oracle Service Cloud),PHP,.NET,Java script,Oracle Pl/Sql,Oracle SRM

Roles - Gathering requirements from business team for the new projects. Analysing the requirement and Designing optimal solution which benefits the Business.Developing and coding in order to fulfill the business requirements for the new and existing assignments. Involve in preparation of Functional and Technical Design documents.
Impact Analysis, Design test plans, scenarios, scripts required for the Oracle Application components for consumer side enhancements.
Code Review,System Integration Testing, Functional Testing & Regression Testing
Application enhancement and development related to Migration/Redesign/Enhancements.
UAT Support for Business Team.
Release planning and deployment.

 

Mandatory / Desirable Skills –

Very good working knowledge of Oracle RNT platform,cloud architecture,RNT Desktop configuration & Adminstration,Integration,RNT Customer portal design & development and RNT AddIns development
Good working knowledge in PHP and .Net
Requirements Analysis, Design, Development and Testing the RNT functionality
Good Leadership skills for managing and leading the team.
