Job Description –

Experience Required: 4-5 years in Service Cloud
Must be Salesforce Service Cloud Certified Consultant, CTI Integration, Communities, Knowledge Management, Web Service Integration, Should be experienced in preparing System Architecture, Solution Design, Excellent Communication Skills, good in onsite offshore coordination
