Required:
Solid functional experience with PS 9.1 Time and Labor configuration.
Strong experience with PS 9.1 Time and Labor processes, specifically the Time Administration and Load Time and Labor processes.
Good understanding of the integration between HR, Time and Labor and Payroll for North America modules.
Knowledge of U.S. labor laws, including FLSA, California meal and break regulations.
Strong functional testing background.
Demonstrated ability to create detailed test scripts, including expected results.
Experience working in a highly customized environment.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Nice to have:
Experience with PS Payroll for North America processes.
Exposure to HCM modules.
Experience with Time and Labor rules creation.
