Hyperion Solutions Architect IV
v Design and solution architect for the Oracle Hyperion EPM suite
v Expert knowledge on SAP ECC integration with Hyperion systems
v Advanced knowledge on Oracle EBS integration with Hyperion systems
v Document the technical design and solution architecture
v Review and bridge the solution and vision from a technical aspect to business terms
v Analyze the business impact, review system performance and provide necessary recommendations
v Challenge the existing processes and recommend change where needed to add value and help reduce on-going maintenance
v Work with EPM, BI and Finance team to deliver enterprise level solutions
v Take a leadership role in the implementation of the solutions
v Support testing and production deployments
v Help develop complex items related to calculations, rules, forms, grids, queries or other items
v Perform review of developed product and assess quality of development
v Work with diverse and geographically spread teams to deliver the solution
Job Qualifications:
Technical Domain Skills/ Knowledge:
Expert hands on working experience with Planning, Essbase, HFM, DRM, DRG
Expert knowledge of Hyperion Planning (business rules, integration, etc.)
Advanced knowledge of Hyperion Essbase (ASO, BSO, Calculation Scripts, Rules, MDX, Essbase Studio)
Advanced knowledge of Hyperion Financial Management / HFM (business rules, integration, etc.)
Knowledge of Oracle Hyperion tools like FDMEE, DRM, ODI
Advanced knowledge of relational databases and data modeling
Experience in developing automation scripts (shell, batch, VBS, PowerShell)
Professional Experience:
Minimum 12 years with minimum 4+ years of solution architect experience
Experience in developing and leading technical design and documentation
Implemented at least 3 full multi-product EPM solutions (Planning, Essbase, HFM, DRM, FDM)
Must have lead more than two Hyperion implementations
Experience in designing and automating EPM solutions
Must have exceptional communication skills, able to communicate and gather business requirements effectively with both the technical audience and business users
Must have experience giving presentations to senior management and Business Process owners
Educational/Other Qualifications:
Bachelor/Master Degree
Strong Interpersonal Skills and good oral and written communication
Self-motivated and eager to learn and further develop in technical skills
