Location: Pittsfield, MA

Required Skills:

·         Design and Implementation of Cisco UC Infrastructures including CUCM, CUC, UCCX and Media Sense

·         Global Dial Plan design and migration.

·         UC integration with IM and presence products like Skype for Business, Lync enterprise voice and video

·         Adding Cisco SME's to the existing cluster to separate dial plans and call controls globally.

·         Re-Engineering the existing architecture and propose architecture changes and implement them independently.

·         Monitoring, managing and troubleshooting Cisco UCS clusters.
