Job Description: 
To provide support and SME advice on RP Documaker application for conversion project. Onsite/offshore coordination. Single Point of Contact for client. 

Experience: 6-10 Yrs 
Leadership experience: 2 yrs and more

Roles and Responsibilities: 
Client Coordination: 
o Follow-up and get the resolution to project issues, test issues in timely manner.

Follow up with client and get design review, test plan review and code review completed on time.

Similarly, follow up with offshore to get the feedback addressed on time. 

Provide direction and guidance to offshore team on next steps of work. 

Technical Solutions: Provide technical resolution to issues when needed. Take over complex and critical works which needs coordination and customer advice. 

Skills: 
Proficient in Documaker Studio 12 and XSLT. 
Experience in C#, COBOL, SQL Server and DB2 
Experience in leading small team and onsite/offshore coordination
