Job Title: Oracle Fusion HCM Techno- Functional Consultant

Required Experience
Qualifications Basic
Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required. Will also consider one year of relevant work experience in lieu of every year of education
At least 8 years of experience with SKILLS SET

Preferred
At least 8-10 years of experience in Fusion technical/Fucntional Skills
Experience with Fusion HCM is required.
Should have delivered in technical role.
North American Payroll and Time and Labor module experience is required.
Hands on experience in Integration broker and XML scripting skills are required.
Must have strong communication skills and an ability to communicate with all levels within the organization.
At least 3 years of experience in software development life cycle.
At least 3 years of experience in Project life cycle activities on development and maintenance projects.
At least 3 years of experience in Design and architecture review.
At least 3 years of experience in software development life cycle.
Ability to work in team in diverse/ multiple stakeholder environment
Experience to HCM domain
Analytical skills
Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment
Experience in Taleo is preferred
Experience in documenting requirements and navigate among various SAS systems
