Candidates will need to be able to:

• Quickly digesting the functional and technical implementation of the current system
• Work collaboratively with the Architect/Scrum Maser on certain new design aspects of the system
• Implement new features, with the appropriate degree of collaboration and independent work
• Demonstrate strong analysis and problem-solving skills
• Produce high quality code output during sprints, quality is more important than quantity
• Have excellent verbal communication skills
• Be ready to receive regular feedback from stakeholders (both technical and non-technical) and act on that feedback as appropriate
• Demonstrate work on projects that were used in a production capacity

Technical skills/experience required:

 

Must Haves:

• ASP.NET MVC 4
• C#
• .NET Entity Framework 5 or 6,  including use of LINQ
• REST-based WCF Services
• HTML / CSS / JQuery / Ajax /Java Script
• Transact SQL / Stored Procedure proficiency
• Experience working on small to medium Scrum based projects

Strong Nice to Haves:

• Kendo UI for ASP.NET
• Windows Services
• NUnit / VS Studio Unit Tests

Pluses

• MS Dynamics CRM 2011 experience
