1.  Experience at an enterprise level planning, designing, implementing, and configuring Oracle Databases (10g and 12c) = candidates must have experience at an architecture level and be able to do discovery around the current environment, recommend changes, make changes, and help to train the Operations team from and Oracle database perspective

2. Specific experience with Oracle "RAC" and "ASM" - Oracle clustering and autimatic storage managment

3. Experience supporting Oracle databases on either Solaris or Linux OS's - right now they are still running on Solaris.
