Job Title: Oracle HRMS Techno Functional Consultant

Location: Novato, CA, US

 

Skill Required 
- 7 to 8 Years of experience in Oracle HRMS (core HR, SSHR and OAB).
- Techno-Functional Consultant with solid understanding of various functional setups, API's, Interfaces with 3rd party software.
- Experience with Oracle Payroll and Taleo is a nice to have.
- Should have good experience in creating/updating benefits program/plan setups, life events, fast formulas, security profiles.
- Strong experience with Oracle forms, reports, XML publisher, Oracle Workflow builder, SQL, Pl/sql, shell scripts.
- Should have experience with Oracle API's.
- Ability to build adhoc reports.
- Should have experience with AOL objects.
- Experience with forms and self-service personalization.
- Ability to debug production issues and resolve it quickly with permanent fixes.
- Good Communication Skills.
- Should be a team player.
- Ability to work well with IT and business users.
- Partner with production support team to resolve user issues.
- Perform fit/gap assessments and providing solution options with impact assessments.
- Identify areas for business process improvement and efficiencies; make recommendations to improve existing processes or system functionality.
 
 Education and Experience
 
- Bachelor's Degree Required
- 7-8 years Exp. in Oracle HRMS
- Must have worked in Implmentation as well as support envoirnments
