In case of H1b consultants Visa copy is a must.

Overall Performance Testing Experience : 8 Years • 
--- HP- Loadrunner Experience : Must be Minimum 3 years • 
--- Retail Domain Experience • 
--- Should have depth knowledge and Experience in LR Scripting • 
--- Multiple Protocol exposure (Web services, ODBC and Web and etc…) • 
--- Jmeter (Minimum 6 months of Experience) • 
--- SQL , XML and shell scripting • 
--- Unix/Linux • 
--- Server Monitoring and Analysis
