Job Title – Media Tester
Location – El Segundo, CA
Duration - 6 – 12 Months (Possible Extension)

Rate - DOE  

 

 

Job Description –

Years of experience 6-8 Years
Must Have Technical Skills Good Knowledge on testing concepts, should have worked on both System testing and Component level testing along with experience in test case automation (open source / Proprietary tools) Candidate should have good knowledge on SQL queries (Oracle / MySQL), Web Service testing (REST, SOAP) using tools like SOAP / Advance Rest Client
Candidate should have good knowledge working on Linux environment
Must Have Domain Skills Media Domain knowledge with understanding of Live Streaming , Video on Demand, Adaptive Streaming (HLS / MPEG Dash), CDN (Content Delivery Network) , DRM (Digital Right Management) and basic undertaking of various video codes like H.264/MPEG
Good to have skills Preferable knowledge on Big data testing (Hadoop, Hive / Pig) along with experience in scripting languages like Shell / Perl
