Position: Lead PeopleSoft Functional Consultant with PeopleSoft Recruitment exp

Location: New York, NY

Duration: 3+ months

Functional Consultant – PeopleSoft Recruitment

 

Client is seeking functional profiles with strong experience in PeopleSoft Recruitment area (Talent Acquisition Manager (TAM) & Candidate Gateway (CG)).

Basic

Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent

8+ years' experience in PeopleSoft HRMS

 

Skills Required

·        Working experience and understanding of PeopleSoft Recruitment Application including TAM and Candidate Gateway

·        At least 3 End-to-End Recruitment Implementation experience

·        Must have understanding of integration between TAM and Candidate Gateway

·        Able to configure the recruitment module including configuration of Job Opening / Recruitment / Screening/Resume Templates

·        Should have understanding of Manage Hire process to hire the employees thru recruitment module

·        Should have understanding of recruitment process flow

·        Must have understanding of posting the jobs from PeopleSoft to external/internal sites

·        Provide functional expertise in advising clients relating to PeopleSoft Recruitment

·        Must be able to write Gap Analysis, Functional Design and System Test Cases

·        Communicates clearly and effectively with clients; Builds confidence and trust with clients

·        Able to guide team from functional perspective, guide on the design approach to be taken for delivering a functionality

·        Ability to display clarity of thought set clear expectations with stake holders, articulate the deliveries in terms of dates and time lines, also ability to clearly communicate all plans and outcomes with stake holders
