Position Title : Teradata DBA

Locations: St. Louis, MO

Duration: 6 -12 Months

    Technical Skills and Experience :

    • Responsible for design, development and implementation of Teradata Server Database systems.  
    • Oversee,  perform and manage Teradata Server  Projects and operations. Resolves issues regarding development, operations, implementations, and system status.  
    • Research and recommend options for department direction on Teradata Management Systems, automated solutions, server-related topics.  
    • Provide technical leadership on complex projects and research new technology for use by department. 
    • Someone, who are system admin focused with Viewpoint, TASM, backups, system health monitoring, etc.  
    • Looking for someone we could hire down the road but for now they would be just a contractor.
    • 10 +  years' experience designing or configuring Teradata database management systems and  applications  in testing, implementation, maintenance and administration.

    Education :

    • BA/BS in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field or equivalent work experience.
