Sr. Healthcare Business Analyst - IL(FACE TO FACE)

TITLE: Sr. Healthcare Business Analyst

LOCATION: downtown Chicago

DURATION: 6 Months

INTERVIEW MODE: In person(FACE TO FACE) required

 

REQUIREMENT:

 

Required Skills & Experience:

-8 years minimum experience

- Ability to translate high-level business requirements into functional/system requirements for the organization and manage changes to such specifications

- Full lifecycle software project experience; understanding how tasks are integrated to produce final deliverables

- Previous healthcare claims experience is a huge plus

- Familiarity with business process design and aid the high-level business process design efforts with assistance of the stakeholders and end users

- Experienced working with SDM application support/requirements

- Skilled with elicitation and documentation of business and system/functional requirements for all approved changes to business processes, and systems & policies

- Well versed with documentation of user acceptance test plans and test cases

- Define and document requirements utilizing standardized tools and techniques

- Demonstrate an expertise in business processes and systems

- Can serve as liaison between developers and business

- Experienced obtaining consensus by facilitating communication and sign-off between business and IT from initial requirements to final implementation

- Function as a key contributor to the release management team, promoting both business and IT requirement understanding and agreement

- Escalate requirement and testing issues and changes to requirements and testing support manager
