Requisition Details:
• - Learning and applying agile projects methodology
• - Assisting in sprint planning, demos, and other agile efforts
• - Delivering tested and quality code
• - Deliver product that meets the defined acceptance criteria
• - Work as a member in a team environment
• - Responsible for building and maintaining critical business process automation using K2 forms and workflow technologies.
• - Map, develop, and translate requirements into a specification document containing high level of technical design information in support of the development work, as well as create documents that specify strategy, assessment.
• - Design and implement business process workflows with K2 Blackpearl
Skill and Experience Required
• 4-5+ years' experience as a software developer
• Legally authorized to work in the United States
• Proficient with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint
• K2 blackpearl experience – Good experience in Smartobjects, Smartforms and extenders
• Experience of K2 Designer, K2 Studio, K2 Workspace and K2 for Visual studio
• Good understanding of OOD, data structures, multi-threading.
• Preferred:
o Strong analytical and problem solving skills
o Excellent verbal and written communication skills
o Proven ability to work as a team member
o Experience in projects converting paper process to simple as well as complex forms, build workflow and integrate with systems.
o Certification in K2 Blackpearl is an added plus
o .NET experience is an added plus but not required
