NEED A VERY STRONG AUTOMATION TEST LEAD WITH JAVA PROGRAMMING EXPERIENCE
Responsibilities:
• Develop test automation strategy for large complex projects.
• • Collaborates with product line stakeholders to understand and develop strategies, frameworks relating to their emerging demands
• • Design Test Automation, Execution and Lead automation delivery using HP QTP, Selenium, and Ranorex
• • Driving innovation/adoption of Industry practices through investigation/institutionalization of new tools/methods/standards
Skill Level
• • 8+ years of QA Automation Lead Experience
• • 2 + years of experience leading offshore teams
• • Strong experience in HP QTP, ALM, Selenium, and Java
• • Strong experience in complex data analysis and data calculations.
• • Ability to validate QA deliverables and provide feedback
• • Strong collaboration skills
• • Strong leadership and verbal/written communication skills
• • Strong knowledge of software quality assurance methodology.
• • Strong proficiency with requirements gathering tools.
• • Strong knowledge of project management tools and concepts is preferred
Client: Western Alliance
Location: Phoenix, AZ
Duration: 6 Months +
Years' experience required: 9+ years
Interview: skype but client highly prefers local candidates
The need is for strong scripting expertise- It's okay if you are finding candidates that have more of a systems administration background rather than development.
Must haves:
- Strong working knowledge of Powershell, Perl, batch scripting, etc…
- Prior experience with batch automation
- Prior experience will various aspects of SFTP file management
- Strong experience working with Windows Task Manager/Scheduler
- Previously setup SMTP email notices
- Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills
Nice to haves:
- .NET and C# experience. Ability to find and fix basic bugs in code in Visual Studio and deploy fixes to sites and SQL.
- Understanding of windows server hardening standards and best practices
- Advanced SQL DBA concepts such as database mirroring, performance tuning, indexing, foreign key concepts, general schema, etc
- Experience designing or implementing multitier (n-tier) architectures
