Duration: 6+ Months

Work Location South Brunswick(NJ) and Houston, Texas. ( USA)

 

Certifications & Training:        •           Sales or Service cloud certified

 

Relevant Previous Project Experience:        

v  Subject Matter Expert providing customization, development, Enhancement and support for Saleforce.com CRM Implementation Projects.

v  Well versed with SFDC Governor limits, Agile/Iterative implementations methodologies

v  Solution definition: Work with business and IT executives from the client to identify the business needs and define the business & technical solution architectures to fulfill the business needs

v  Sales and business development: Support the sales and business development team with defining winning solutions and proposals

v  Internal collateral development: Assist front office /CSG team by offering to enhance the service offering.

v  Participates and drives orals presentations, conducts workshops for requirements gathering

v  Facilitates Conference Room Pilots, Super user training

v  Onsite/offshore coordination

 

Preferred

Education:       •         Master's in Business Administration

Experience       •         In Marketing cloud and Analytics
