Job Title:    Mulesoft Integration Production Support Consultant

Location:    New York

Duration:    6-12 Months 

  

Required Experience

Experience of Mule AnyPointStudio runtime 3.6.1

Experience of Mulesoft On-Premise/Cloudhub and deployments

L1/L2/L3  Production Support project experience

Need to run triage calls with multiple teams and bring the  production issues to a closure

Root cause analysis, fixes, changes and provide workarounds

Coding in Mule involves Java/Spring, so experience in Java/Spring is needed

Data transformation knowledge using Datamapper, xslt, java code

Good problem solving and analysis skills

Project Activities:

Production support L1 and L2, admin activities, defect triaging, addressing service requests and incidents, fixes involving Coding, unit testing, Integration Testing and E2E testing.

Software:

AnyPoint Studio Mule runtime 3.6.1
