Pega Lead System Architect Certification Required

Location:    Pittsburg, PA ·     

Duration : 3 Years

·       Candidate should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and work effectively in a dynamic fast paced team environment with the customers and peers

·       Ability to work in a technical lead role as it relates to Pega's healthcare applications in the area of:

o   Care management

o   Disease management

o   Claims

·       Works with customers to review and evaluate requirements and determine "out of the box" vs custom solutions and recommend best way to implement Pega's healthcare application

 

Required skills:

·       Minimum 8 years' total experience (10 plus preferred)

·       Pega Certified LSA (Lead System Architect) preferred, but CSA (Certified System Architect) or CSSA (Certified Senior System Architect) certifications acceptable

·       Relevant healthcare payer experience in implementing Pega's healthcare applications (minimum 2 years healthcare experience)

·       Good understanding of the healthcare domain

·       Knowledge of Pega's Direct Capture of Objectives (DCO) principles
