REQUIREMENT

 

• Experience in design and development modular re-usable components for Java Enterprise Applications using UML.   
• Experience with implementing J2EE, expertise in components design using Java and strict adherence to J2EE design patterns. 
• Experience with developing application with Spring 3.0 + framework and related tools.
• Experience with coder versioning and build tools like GIT, Maven.
• Understand government business process and operations, including familiarity with HIPPA and NJAC regulations.
• Prior knowledge of health-related data concerns in order to transition business processes into technical requirements a strong plus.

Any Location is fine, provided consultants are willing to relocate.
