Job Description –

We are currently looking for a Sr. Business Analyst for a project to design the Clinical Document Repository (CDR), based on HL7 2.x, HL7 3 standards. This role will be required to work with the client business and technical teams.

Responsibilities will include
- Business process design, business requirements development, training development, and functional testing

- Interface directly with client across all scopes, and document business requirements
- Research standards/regulations to be able to guide the team to design solution
- Analysis of HL7 Continuity Care Document (CCD) to be able to map to other standards such as the HL7 2.x , Claims and other standards.
- Well versed with the understanding of the impact of standards (HIPAA, HL7, Code sets etc.) and regulations (ACA other) on healthcare entities.

Required Qualification
- 6-8 years of relevant Healthcare experience as in business/technical/systems analysis in Provider/ Payor industry (Mandatory)
- 6 years working experience in HL7 v3 (Mandatory)
- Certified HL7 2.x or Hl7 3.0 (Prefered)
- Operational or functional understanding of claims process, provider, enrollment, premium billing benefit plan and EDI-HIPPA Transactions (Preferred)
- Working knowledge of the Affordable Care Act/Health Insurance Exchange/Health Information exchanges(Preferred)
- 3 Years working experience of working on Hl7 v2.x (Preferred)
