SAP CRM functional consultant(ESQA Manager)

Qualifications:

- Knowledge and experience in OTC.P2P, CTO processes to support client sales, marketing and RTO business Process
- Experience in SAP CRM C4C care, External Product Catalogs, IPC, API Integration and middleware in marketing/ Sales and campaign management solutions
- Experience in SAP ECC, SAP CRM Modules, Integration with CRM, PI, LMS, MDM and VC
- Knowledge in OSS/BSS From lead generation to order creation, Fulfilment, activation and assurance
- Detailed Knowledge of server -side Java Script, WSDL, XSD and XML schemas
- Working Knowledge of workflow concepts such as BPM, BPMN, BPML and BPEL
- Ability to analyze and debug ABAP custom enhancements, knowledge of SAP JAva connectors and NetWeaver Portals
- 3 Full cycle ERP Implementation expertise in evaluating and assessing business requirements, Projects, CR's impact across various systems and functional group
- Ensure the solutions are tested properly and approved by management before the system changes are moved to production.
- Ability to manage Projects/ Offers/Enhancements /Report through co-ordination.
