Sitecore Architect

Location: Neenah, WI, US

Qualifications:

The Architect will have the opportunity to lead and manage a strong team of developers working together in a global environment by:
- Providing high-level and detailed solution design and taking an engagement from conceptual/architecture to deployment on a global scale
- Communicating business/user/functional/technical requirements to developers and testers
- Deploying applications that integrate between CRM, ERP, CMS, Email marketing, and various eCommerce solution components
- Interfacing with and providing innovative Sitecore solutions to global clients
Basic Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience with design and development of interactive content [CMS] and/or media rich websites using MVC design pattern and Sitecore 6.0+ (preferred 7.0). Deploy web forms, template creation, redirect, WFFM, Responsive Web Design
- 7+ years of .Net framework (including building and maintaining a code base, writing automated test and build scripts)
- 7+ years of experience developing web applications that consume and/or generate XML and JSON/REST Web Services
- 2 years of experience as a consultant working with a consulting/SI company
- Experience with deploying applications integration experience CRM, ERP, CMS, Email marketing with various Ecommerce solution components
- Sitecore certification required [MVP certification will be a PLUS]
 
Additional Qualifications:
- Good understanding of the E-Commerce solutions, including web technologies, web programming languages, web page design/layout, and web site performance
- Good understanding of various eCommerce products including Hybris, Insite, WebSphere, Demandware, Oracle ATG, etc.
- Strong Experience with deploying applications integration experience CRM, ERP, CMS, Email marketing with various Ecommerce solution components
- Good Understanding of various and knowledge of some of the Enterprise search including Lucene, Solr, Coveo, etc.
- Strong experience in high level and detailed solution design; taking an engagement from conceptual/architecture to deployment at a global scale
- Superior communication and presentation skills, ability to articulate technology implications and concepts to non-technical audience and stakeholders
- Be a confident self-starter that can work independent as well as in a bigger team, and work in a global team environment
