Top Three Skills:
1. Active Directory - specifically someone with mult-forest domain experience, enterprise class AD, adding and consolidating domains. Also, experience on the backend promoting sites and migrating users
2. Powershell Scripting - this person must be able to script powershell from scratch. Tasks that typically need automated are remote installs/uninstalls, registry changes, pulling log data, and interfacing with AD
3. Windows Server 2008 R2 and/or 2012R2 - troubleshooting experience in an enterprise environment. The ability to handle escalated tickets within the environment, including DNS, Domain Controllers, DHCP, Server troubleshooting.
