Job: Automated Tester
Duration: 6 month contract.
Location: Brentwood, TN
MAX pay is 45/hr no expections
Skype interview
MUST HAVE – PLEASE DON'T SEND RESUMES THAT DON'T HAVE THIS EXP.
1.Automated Testing exp – ATLEAST 3 years
2.CURRENT Healthcare experience
3.Quality Center AND ALM
4.Testing of Java applications
5.Webservice Testing
Tester with at least 3 years of experience – can be a combination of manual and automated testing
Automated Tester – MUST have SQL. Will be doing end to end testing, performance, and load Testing. input/output, will be pulling data out of tables, so they need to be able to write SQL queries. Execute stored procs, SQL query writing.
Automated testing skills such as QC or ALM
If they have done testing of Java applications, Oracle testing, webservices testing, this is all great
MUST have healthcare background
Clinical/Healthcare background
Technical skills above par – with SQL
Automation Testing
Client will start off with a phone interview and then do a Skype or in-person
GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB
Evaluate and tests new or modified software programs and software development procedures used to verify that programs function according to user and business analyst requirements and conform to organizational guidelines as outlined by quality assurance and development initiatives; Recommend improvements and/or corrections to developers; Identify differences between established standards and user applications and suggests modifications to conform to standards; Set up test cases and scenarios, with user input and based upon test cases and standards set forth by the QA manager to locate and correct program operating errors, development bugs, and proper adherence to work flow of business processes as defined by business analysts and users.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Education, licenses, certifications, and experience required to fulfill the essential duties, include computer skills as required.
Bachelor's degree in business or computer science or equivalent experience.
7 or more years of software quality assurance and software testing experience.
Proven data analysis, data verification and problem-solving abilities.
Strong experience with HP Quality Center
Good project management skills and/or substantial exposure to project-based work structures.
Experience and skill in mentoring co-workers
Experience in educating others on the value of structured QA practices
Ability to communicate ideas in both technical and user-friendly language.
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities
Strong analytical skills. Assimilates information quickly, communicates complex requirements and issues clearly and concisely.
Track record of taking the initiative and producing results with limited supervision
Must be able to work in a team environment, as well as independently. Ability to multi-task and work in a fast paced dynamic team-based environment.
