Job Title: ServiceNow Business Analyst

Location: Cleveland, OH

Duration: 6 months

 

 

 

Job Description:

Familiarity with ITIL standards, methodology, and best practices.
The BA should have some technical background if possible, and it will also be supporting our ServiceNow project and enhancement efforts, so any ServiceNow knowledge is also helpful.
Strong testing background would help tremendously as well.
