Job Title: Production Support Analyst

Location - New York City

Duration; 10 Months+

 

Job Description:

• Unix / Linux

•SQL / stored procs (Sybase,  Oracle, UDB)

•Scripting (e.g. Perl/shell, unix editor)

•Production management experience in Investment Banking domain is preferred

•Understanding of ITIL principles, service management, support processes

•Senior associate with experience in shift management, service improvement initiatives, team mgmt, SLA mgmt etc

•Excellent communicator, good written / communication skills

•Excellent problem solver with a commitment to thorough root cause analysis and process improvement

•Ability to quickly become familiar with new systems and work flows, so they may be supported properly.

•Must be a good team player, Ready to work in shifts
