**MUST have PM skills, strong personality, Agile and Scrum
-NOT looking for Solutions Architect, but someone who can help motivate and manage the team
Experience required- Project Management, Agile Methodology
This individual will be responsible for:
• Lead the Agile team.
• Manage backlog, reporting, and team delivery.
• Prepare for and lead team meetings for agile ceremonies such as daily scrums, retrospectives, planning sessions, sprint reviews, and roadmap meetings
• Must keep up with audit and forecasting requirements
• Must be willing to document scrum processes used to help with succession planning
• Must be HIGHLY organized and pay attention to detail.
• Just continually be prepping for upcoming meetings and track deadlines as needed.
• Understand the agile principles well, yet be willing to adapt as the team's retrospectives look at ways to improve and challenge existing processes
We are actively speaking with applicants that have a minimum of 5 years of related field experience:
o Education: Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or other related field.
o Project Management certificate or Scrum Master certificate is preferred but not required
o Typically has 10 to 15 years of IT and business/industry work experience, with at least 3 years of experience in a leadership role and 5 years managing projects.
o Overall responsibility for project decisions and resources.
