Role : Sybase Technical Architect
Location : Washington DC
Duration: 12 Months
Job Description:
The Resource should have minimum 5 years of experience in Sybase , PowerBuilder
Excellent knowledge in Informatica and other interfacing technologies
Experience in writing Functional and technical documents
Experience in converting the business / technical documents into Objects is a must
Development experience of DB objects and applications using Sybase/ PowerBuilder is a must
Excellent communication and writing skills.
The resource will perform the following activities as part of the project
Understand the existing Reference DB and the interfaces with other IFC systems
Implement the changes for Reference DB as explained in the Technical / Functional documentation.
Make necessary changes to the DB and create additional objects needed to handle the additional data in Sybase
Make sure data brought in to Sybase Reference DB is properly interfaced with other systems
Coordinate with owners of different systems to do the necessary changes based on the document provided .
Report to project managers on issues and necessary escalations on time
