We are looking for a Senior consultant with ten or more years of experience with excellent communication  and presentation skills.  
Job Responsibilities:
Responsible for administration, support and security of the department LAN and WAN infrastructure:
   Strong working knowledge of; Fast and Gigabit Ethernet Topologies, Virtual Private Networks, CISCO Routers & Switches, Cisco VoIP/IPT systems, Video conferencing solutions, MPLS, Microsoft Windows Server OS, MS Windows desktop OS, Linux OS, Citrix Metaframe, VMWare, and network security concepts.
    Working knowledge of Cisco's Contact Center application, local and long distance voice services.
    Must be able to work independently, make timely independent decisions, prioritize and complete tasks on an off-hour basis, be available 24x7 to support systems held primarily responsible for and have the initiative to meet deadlines.
    Must be able to communicate effectively with internal customers and vendor technical support staff.
    Must be able to work occasional off-hours and weekends.
    Undergraduate degree in Information Systems or Computer Science and/or equivalent work experience.
    Cisco CNA, CNP and CCNA Voice Certifications.
    3-5 years of LAN &WAN engineering in a Cisco environment.
    1-3 years of VoIP/IPT engineering in a Cisco voice environment.
Undergraduate degree in Information Systems or Computer Science and / or equivalent work experience
