Responsibilities
* Facilitate effective and efficient meetings including Agile/Scrum ceremonies
* Remove impediments for teams
* Take ownership of end-to-end project delivery
* Maintain transparency into the team's work through metrics
* Be a servant leader to each team member and support the removal of blockers
* Engage multiple roles and stakeholders in critical discussions and consensus building
* Coach and support continuous improvement within the team
* Help identify and mitigate any external dependency risks in feature/product development
* Coordinate with other Scrum Masters and their teams on deliverables
* Experience in project/program management
Qualifications
* 10+ years relevant experience in a software development or delivery organization
* A minimum of 2+ year experience as a full-time Scrum Master
* A thorough understanding of Scrum and Agile principles, values, and practices
* Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Certified Scrum Professional (CSP) a plus
* PMP is a plus
* Project Management Experience in managing software development projects
* Experience working in an environment utilizing current and leading edge technologies (e.g. SaaS, Enterprise Web Applications, etc.) preferred
* BS in Engineering or related discipline strongly desire tools
