POSITION PURPOSE:
• Is responsible for the delivering of the service element assigned to him/her in time / quality / cost.

Training and profession experience
University degree with several years of work experience or comparable vocational training with long-time work experience

Methods and Skills
Good to excellent methodical skills with regard to the assigned, difficult task area

• Creates concepts to design and optimize ICT production

Collaborates on the development of strategies for specialist units and strategic decisions. Gives comprehensive advice to internal/external customers as well as employees and management. Manages and controls the implementation/application of framework requirements and target processes as well as quality-optimization measures. Completes all operational and organizational tasks/processes independently and autonomously. Collaborates on designing concepts in a difficult task area. Supplies solid information and gives comprehensive advice to internal/external customers. Develops and controls optimization measures relating to processes and quality Networking Good networking across units and with contacts within and outside the Group and with external customer groups
