 Position:            .NET developer

Location:              LA

Duration:             6+ Months

Rate:                     $/hr

 

 

•         Responsible for designing, developing, testing, implementing, and supporting ASP.NET and C# applications that are built to support and streamline business operations

•         Lead projects and work closely with business partners

•         Create and modify documentation corresponding to websites, collaborating with internal business partners, internal technology resources (database, system, and network)

·         Ensure adherence to established standards

·         Mentor junior team members.

 Skills:

 

•         Windows Forms applications.

•         Implementing windows services.

•         JavaScript/DHTML, HTML, XML, JavaScript, JQuery, CSS, BootStrap (is a plus but not required)

•         ASP.Net 3+, MVC 3+, WCF, RESTful Services, API, etc.

•         Entity Framework and ADO.Net

•         SQL/TSQL for SQL Server 2008 and above

 

Qualifications/Requirements:

•          Strong familiarity with Foreign Exchange and Wire concepts.  SWIFT, FEDWIRE

•         7 - 10+ years of application development and implementation experience.

•         Proficiency on asynchronous programming, Generics, Threading etc. The candidate should also have strong understanding of Object oriented programming and .NET features like Reflection etc.

•         Experienced in Design Principles and designing Scalable and Maintainable applications is a plus.

•         Experience or familiarity with Agile methodology (is a plus but not required).

•         Experience with multi-tier system development.

•         Excellent communication skills

•         Strong customer service skills
