Job description:
· 4-5 years' experience in SAP CRM Service, CRM Sales functionalities
· The candidate should have experience in integration between SAP CRM and other SAP and Non SAP Systems.
· The candidate must have at least 2-3 full lifecycle implementation of SAP CRM in CRM Sales and CRM Service Area
· Advanced Microsoft Project, MS Office, SharePoint and Clarity
· Experience in Agile methodology preferred.
· Experience in SDLC processes and methodologies
· Advanced reporting, visual analytics and data interpretations skills a must.
