ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

         Write and maintain production hardened and ready software. 

         Participate in software release management activities.

         Follow source code control processes.

         Perform unit and integration testing of code deliverables.

         Provide input to software requirements, design, and implementation documentation.

         Maintain existing code and write new code based on software specifications.

         Analyze and fix software defects in all phases of the software release cycle.

         Participate in improving all aspects of the software development life cycle including coding practice, release management, and Business/Technical architectures.

Skills required:

         VB6 experience

         SQL server

Experience that's a plus:

         MS .NET

         C#.NET

    &nb sp;    CRYSTAL REPORTS

         Minimum of 10 years professional software development experience.

         5-6 years minimum experience as a Software Development Lead or Senior Developer.

         1-3 years minimum telecommunications industry experience

         5-6 years of general web development, including web services and web protocols.

         5-6 RDMBS development, including stored database logic and SQL
