Should have experience in requirement management tools.
Should have experience in creating use cases and wireframes.
Work very closely with the business, technical, and management teams of both the client and internal teams.
Understanding of Provider Contracting and Pricing is an advantage.
Need to have Business Analysis skills like Requirements Gathering, UML modeling, Conducting JAD sessions, and RTM.
Able to Build business cases and Helping businesses to identify and document workflows.
Need to be able to interact with technical teams and offshore teams for functional clarifications.
Validating test cases and test results against requirements.
Prepare and execute or review test cases and report the outcomes of the test execution.
Very good HealthCare knowledge and Payer Business knowledge are must.
Should have good communication and customer facing experience.
Need to have fair understanding of Payer Business Process like Claims, Membership, Provider, etc.
