Job Title: Reguulatory Analyst / Reporting Analyst

Location(s): NYC &  FL 

Duration: 12 Months

 

Core Responsibilities:

 

 

·         specific experience  would be FR-Y9C, Y9LP/2314, 009, TIC, etc. This type of regulatory reporting experience. 

·         Support the preparation for the Regulatory Reports and Disclosures for the IHC

·         Entity Consolidation in accordance with US GAAP

·         Transfer Pricing

·         Projects related to Accounting Changes or Process Efficiencies

·         Maintain relationships and communication with Internal / External Audit and Regulators to ensure proper coordination and liaison, validation and control, timely and accurate responses are provided

·         Communicate and interact with other areas across the organization including: Business Finance, GTO, Compliance and regional management to resolve issues pertaining to Regulatory Reporting

·         Participate in working groups as it relates to regulatory reform and understanding the impact on the various legal entities

·         Participate in various ad-hoc projects related to IHC, Accounting Changes or Process Efficiencies

 

Skills/Requirements:

 

·         8 to 15 years of experience in a position of increasing responsibility within Finance in a Global Investment Bank with broad knowledge of bank holding company and Regulatory Reporting.

·         Outstanding interpersonal skills with the ability to build collaborative relationships with senior management, business heads and internal and external stakeholders.

·         Proven professional with strong leadership skills.  The ability to work independently, influence and engage across the organization.

·         Strong understanding of, and direct experience with Financial, Product and Regulatory Reporting, in addition to having broad based knowledge in the financial management of bank holding companies, bank related entities, and/or broker-dealer

·         Strong understanding of US GAAP consolidation rules, with ability to review consolidation issues under IFRS (DB Group) as well as US GAAP (Americas region) reporting. 

·         Demonstrated desire to add significant value within a fast-paced environment
