Job Title: Cloud Native Architect

Location: GA

Duration: 6+ Months

 

Responsibilities:

•       Conduct current state cloud reviews and  interviews to define cloud approach and strategy.

•       Create future state Cloud design, transactional flow, technical approach. Create Implementation Phase Estimates for Cloud

•       Technical lead in hybrid automation and ""run""/managed services for cloud..whether AWS, Azure, CF platforms, etc. 

•       Aside from leading the operation and management of cloud platform, be responsible for defining and helping implement the infrastructure and ITSM (DevOps) automation (infra as a code, auto provisioning, catalog, run book automation, monitoring, billback, and other COMPLETE/CSB like ITSM functions)

 

Qualifications:

•       Background and experience in app development and architecture

•       Experience in at least SOA based applications in Java, .NET; better would be microservices based apps

•       Experience and/or willingness to learn principles and techniques of Cloud Native (microservices/BDD , containers/Dockers, Agile, BDD) and DevOps (CI/CD)

•       Experience and/or willing to specialize in one or two PaaS platforms and get architect certification: PCF, Bluemix, Force.com, Azure, AWS.
