| · This position is responsible for the coordination and completion of large projects and/or programs at the Enterprise level. Sets deadlines, assigns responsibilities, and monitors and summarizes progress of project or program. · Manages scope for 2 - 3 assigned projects including the execution of successful change management processes. · Performs all or part of project coordination services as determined by project staffing and project size. · Acts as advisor to project managers regarding projects, tasks, and operations. · Performs integration management services for program issues, risks and deliverables. |
| Required Skills | · 5- 7 years as a Project Manager with demonstrated skills in relationship building, negotiation, conflict resolution, and project management of projects have medium to high degree of complexity required. · Healthcare insurance background preferred · Certification in project management (PMP, PMBOK, etc.) preferred · Strong communication skills are required. |
