Job Title	Sr. Dot Net Developer
Required Skills	Must Haves •                     Experience with .NET Framework 3.5, including experience writing windows client applications •                     Experience with .NET Framework 4.5 •                     Windows Presentation Foundation (WPF) •                     Web service development experience including Windows Communications Foundation (WCF) •                     C# programming language   Nice to haves •                     Model View/ View Model (MVVM) Framework experience  (note:  this is not synonymous with MVC, which is a web-technology…a lot of people think they are, but they're really not). •                     Strong communications skills •                     SCRUM development methodology experience •                     Visual Studio 2012 •                     Experience with windows client UI design and performance optimization •                     RESTful web service experience using .NET 4.5 ·         Experience in the health insurance industry preferred ·         Excellent communication skills in technical and non-technical forms are required
