Job Description:

The position is for a Senior level Linux Administrator that will be part of a team that provides engineering support for both physical and virtual RHEL servers in a Big Data Environment.

The candidate will be required to take the lead on solving problems and be able to work both independently and within a team environment.

Required Skills (1 low – 10 high ranking for exp needed) RHEL 6 – 9 (other versions of linux/unix will be considered) Scripting – 7 7+ years linux experience – 8 Logical volume management – 8 Storage technologies (NFS, VSAN, etc.) – 7 Monitoring tools – 7 VMWare – 4 Server Build Physical – 8 Server Build Virtual – 8 Hardware troubleshooting – 9 Networking – 7 Communications skills - 9 Nice to have Skills UCS Hadoop Apache Tomcat Jboss MapR StackIQ Visio
