Job Title  : ServiceNow Admin

Location  : Parsippany, NJ

Duration  : 3-6 months Contract

Interview : Phone & face to face

Job Description:

Two (2) years of directly related Service Now work experience which must include Development experience

Understanding of and experience with IT Service Management processes: Incident, Change, Knowledge, Problem, Request, Service Catalog, CMDB, Discovery and Portfolio

Strong analytical skills for problem solving

Experience with Discovery and Orchestration

Experience with Javascript

Experience with creating ServiceNow workflows, creating ServiceNow update sets and testing/implementing those update sets into production

The ability to multi-task between and among projects.
