Job Title  : SQL Server Data Reporting Analysts -Human Resources dept. experience

Location  : Boston, MA   

Duration  : 6-12 Months Contract

Interview : Phone & Face to Face

 

Job Description:

Minimum of 3-4years' experience in SQL Server Reporting Services and development with SQL technologies 

Knowledge of SQL Server database architecture (components and processes of the database) for SQL Server 2005, 2008, 2014. 

Coding and mapping to retrieve data from data warehouse. 

Writing test scripts to ensure data extracts are accurate perform data validation and prepare financial statements. 

Strong analytic skills 

Superior organizational skills, with a disciplined approach to implementation, support and documentation. 

Hands-on approach with ability to deliver to commitments. 

Self-motivated and highly professional with ability to take on responsibility and work independently. 

Ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines. 

Excellent client (internal & external) communication and liaison skills.

Other Desired Skills:

Payroll and Human Resource and accounting background. 

Experience in PeopleSoft Time and Attendance –Labor implementation 

Development experience using SQL Server Analysis Services.

General Qualifications:

Experience in SQL developing and maintaining stored procedures and triggers. 

Experience with SQL Server Reporting Services and reporting technologies 

Experience in application level problem diagnosis and troubleshooting, resolution and testing. 

Experience in developing/maintaining/upgrading MS Access front ends and back ends 

Experience in Microsoft Word and Excel (Macros).
