Must have skills
Overall 10 plus years of IT experience with At least 5 years of experience as a TIBCO Architect
Good understanding of SOA Architecture
Experience with Database Adapters and Tables
Responsibilities
Provide overall architectural guidance and planning for implementation and enhancement projects
Plan, estimate, design and ensure customizations and integration components are designed to meet the business needs
Engage with functional teams, supporting scoping, planning, and architecture governance for all Tibco interface development/maintenance.
Professional Skills
Ability to interact directly with clients and superiors
Ability to lead tasks and strategic initiatives and coordinating.
Excellent communication and leadership skills to guide project teams.
