Functional Oracle EBS order to cash implementation consultant

 

Must work on site

 

We are looking for in a WMS centric ERP/Systems Analyst consultant for a 3-6 month effort:

 

 

Project: COFM 04/05 Order to Cash (OTC) & COFM Warehouse Fulfillment Systems to include:

•    Shipping (Out of Town & In-Town/Metro and includes related  reporting  needs)

•    Invoicing (HAB/Protein products and include  related reporting needs)

•    Inventory Management (HAB/Protein products and includes  related reporting needs)

•    lnterplant/Cross-Dock  Functions (includes related reporting needs)

 

Mid-to-Sr. Systems Analyst (consultant)

Minimum experience of 3 full end to end Oracle EBS order to cash implementation.

Minimum 2 Oracle WMS implementation experience in functional role.

Experience with ASRS , conveyors and WCS systems. Looking for specific skill around Oracle picking in complex warehouse environment.

Hands on configuration and design experience.

Ability to work with development and QA teams both onsite and offshore.

Should be able to document setups and design documents. Create functional design flow diagrams.

Past experience with Agile methodology preferable.

Ability to collect business requirement by interacting with business.

 

Additional skillsets and expectations required -  Systems/Functional Analyst Resource

As part of this initiative, the Consulting Firm will provide  a resource(s) that can provide general  deliverables common to a Systems Analyst  role:

o       Functional expertise, analysis, and knowledge exchange on ERP/Oracle EBS

application implementation best practices. To include experience in designing/developing solutions that utilize  Order to Cash based functions  to execute a business process such as Shipping, Invoicing, Inventory Management, and Warehouse Management Systems.

o    Ability to facilitate requirements sessions  to gather, evaluate, advise (per best practice), and confirm/prioritize requirements. Ability to generate formal functional requirements documentation and user story documentation, functional flow diagrams, etc

o    Identification and management/refinement of Product Backlog  (to include features/product break down or requirements, and modification requests to existing features)

o     Identification of epics and development of user stories (to include  ability  to estimate/size user stories  based  on similar  web and mobile centric  experience)

o     Assist in defining  product  release  success criteria

o     Assist with configuration evaluation and related  functional documentation (Functional Requirements, Impact  Analysis, and User Stories)  plus perform configuration setup and documentation of configurations applied  and approved.

o     Support  on functional Deployments to include assisting  and/or leading  training  and adoption of the web  and/or  mobile  based  functions

o     Deployment transition  support  to include  preparing for transition  materials to support/maintenance teams and deployment readiness documentation such as BHB Request for Product  Change forms.
