Java developer with Hadoop

Location : Herndon VA

Duration : Long Term

 

Required Skills:

·         Proficient in Java, with a good knowledge of its ecosystems

·         Familiar with various design and architectural patterns

·         Skill for writing reusable Java libraries

·         Experience with popular web application frameworks such as angular js

·         Experience with Webservices

·         Experience with databases and JDBC

·         Indepth understanding of JVM, garbage collection, limitations, weaknesses, and workarounds

·         Implementing automated testing platforms and unit tests

·         Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git/SVN

·         Familiarity with build tools such as Ant, Maven

·         Familiarity with continuous integration 

·         Experience with Application Servers like Weblogic, JBoss AS 7, Tomcat 7               

·         Experience with J2EE     

·         Experience with XML, JSON       

·         Experience with JAAS   

·         Experience with SAML

·         Experience with Puppet will be plus
