Kronos 8.8 System Analyst - NC- 7+ Months

Job Title: Kronos 8.8 System Analyst

Location: NC

Duration: 7+ Months

 

Job Description:

·         Minimum of 7 years Kronos experience

·         Kronos 6.x and above experience on SQL server

·         Provide product definition, scope and change management for the Kronos workforce management application

·         Complete understanding of technical and functional aspects of the Kronos workforce management application

Preferred skills:

·         Experience with Kronos Workforce Integration Manager

·         Experience converting interfaces from Kronos Connect to Kronos Workforce Integration Manager

·         Experience supporting Advanced Scheduling

·         Multi-state configuration and support

·         Experience supporting Kronos Attestation Tool Kit

·         Implementation/Upgrade experience of Kronos 8.0

REQUIRED TECHNICAL SKILLS:

·         Provide expert troubleshooting for isolating functional / technical problems in a production support environment

·         Working knowledge of the full application lifecycle

·         Must have good written and oral communication skills. Candidate should be able speak with DBAs, developers, other technical team members, and should also be able to explain issues in layman's terms to our non-technical clients

·         Strong SQL skills, ability to write and execute advance SQL (preferably SQL Server database)

·         Perform migrations of objects between databases

·         Provide quality formal and informal documentation consistent with client standards

REQUIRED FUNCTIONAL SKILLS:

·         Functional knowledge is required in the following modules: Scheduling and Time keeping

·         Skilled in Configuration, Scheduling, testing and support

·         Evaluates new technology, assesses existing technologies, and utilizes expert knowledge of business operations to drive software and hardware technology recommendations that address the strategy of the company, the functional requirements of the business users, and the industry direction

·         Provide functional expertise in advising clients relating to any of the modules listed

·         Work with the clients to clean up data issues in any of the modules

·         Facilitate customer functional and technical design requirement sessions

·         Execute unit tests or facilitate user acceptance testing for application enhancements and patching or upgrades

·         Combines expert level relationship management and customer advocacy skills in order to act as a liaison between the business user and the IS technical teams to define, evaluate business value, and promote technical solutions that will help improve our business operations.

·         Utilizes tools provided to develop comprehensive project plan, proactively define and resolve issues that impede progress on projects, and effectively communicates project status"
