 Job Description:

·         Minimum of 5 years of management/leadership experience in a software development or Engineering organization

·         Must have at least 7 years' experience working through the design, development, release

·         cycle, and delivering software products to market

·         Sitefinity CMS knowledge a big plus.

·         Experience in C#, ASP.NET, WCF and WEB API.

·         Experience with Windows operating systems and shell scripting.

·         Understanding of relational databases (MSSQL, MySQL)

·         Understanding of cloud hosting and server availability behind a load balancer and fire wall.

·         Experience using agile development methodologies.

·         Familiar with the configuration management process in the SDLC.  Managing software release from development to QA to UAT and Productions with the help of the deployment group.

·         Familiarity with HTML5, C#, MVC and ASP.NET

·         Willingness to dive into software environments and technical issues

·         High command of verbal and written English.

·         Ability to successfully work under tight project deadlines

·         Well organized, good communication and reporting skills

·         Self-motivated, team player, action and results oriented
