Job Description:
· "SAP SCM/DTS-WM (Demand to Supply-Warehouse Management)
· The SAP Warehouse Management Functional position will manage large scale projects from beginning to end acting as the liaison between the executive team, busine
ss users and the IT technical development team. Familiarity with SAP Inventory Management and Material Master functional expertise (system configuration) will
also be expected.
Specific Responsibilities:
· Lead definition of global business requirements across major process areas
· Create and manage SAP project tracks to implement or deploy capabilities as required: blueprins, gap analysis, end-to-end process design, testing strategy, cut over plans, training, etc.
· Build and Deliver executive communication regarding project strategy decisions on scope, cost & quality
· Production Support of SAP business processes as needed
· Technical configuration for domain areas
· Escalation point for solution design or troubleshooting with outside service partners
· Project leadership and support of all active units and departments using SAP, with primary focus area on Warehouse Management
· Warehouse, distribution, and transportation logistics business process knowledge and experiene as well as compliance and documentation.
· Additional support in Inventory Management and Material Master.
· ABAP technical support as appropriate.
· Covering tickets, changes and projects in WM.
· Work with solution delivery teams and end users to resolve issues and changes through development, testing and training.
Qualifications:
· A Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Computer Science
· Proven project leadership skills as demonstrated through SAP implementations
· 15+ years SAP Warehouse Management, Inventory Management and Material Master experiene
· Experience in other SAP functional areas such as PP strongly preferred
· PMP or Agile/Scrum Certification strongly preferred.
· Excellent oral and written communication skills
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
· Experience with multiple SAP integrations
· Experience with Agile development/JIRA practices a plus
· Experience with Salesforce process integration a plus
1. Essential Primary Technical Skills
· Need deep Hands On Configuration experience & good understanding of how these modules integrate with other SAP modules.
a. Warehouse Management – Including following sub modules –
· Master Data
· Picking /Put away Strategies
· Activities including TO confirmation, Physical inventory etc.
· Storage Unit Management
· Value Added Services
· Interfaces to Inventory management, shipping, Production etc.
· RF transactions & technology
b. Inventory Management - – Including following sub modules –
· Movement types
· Goods Movements
· Transfer postings
· Physical Inventory
· Output control
· Reservations
· Stock determination
· Goods receipt using Inbound Delivery Process
· c. Logistics General –
· Handling Unit Management
· Batch management
2. Secondary Technical Skills
· Need good understanding of concepts, processes & some hands on experience.
· Logistics Execution – Following sub modules-
· Shipping Picking, packing, Deliveries, basic shipping functions like routes, route determination etc.
· Transportation – Basic transportation functions, Shipments, output control,

· Participate in Localization workshops & gather Business requirements from Site teams for desi
· Documentation & Analysis of gathered requirements & gap analysis with respect to Global Template.
· Analysis of gaps (if any) and recommendation of alternate solutions
· Configuration of IM & WM modules of SAP & integration with other modules.
· Preparation of test plans & Unit, integration & regression testing of the configured functionalit
· Knowledge of Handling Unit management, Batch management desired. Hands on experience of configuring IM & WM & integrating with other modules is must. In addition must be well conversant with Storage Unit Management, RF transactions & technology.
· Testing the PWRICEF objects as part of integrated process.
· Experience using tools such as Solution Manager, ARIS, SharePoint trackers, HP Quality Center etc will be beneficial.
